Who Can Be A Member?
Any person who owns or occupies property in Moose Club Park may be a member. This includes the area between the rail trail and the river. Membership becomes effective upon payment of the annual dues. Non-members are invited to join us at our annual meeting to ask questions and learn of the benefits of membership.
The current 2024 annual dues are $100, due at the spring meeting (May/June).
Dues are used to pay for property taxes, liability insurance, and any needed repairs.

All current and prospective members MUST sign & submit the Beach Rules agreement EVERY YEAR.
